As the fuel energy source grows increasingly tense and energy source price rises, the steam energy conservation has become an important social subject focused by all social sectors.
However, there are many kinds of energy-saving products on the market and are uneven in quality,which confused the users. As a researcher of frontier energy conservation technology, we deem that we are responsible for passing on over ten years research harvest in steam energy conservation,make the enterprise gain greater benefits, truly achieve the concept of energy saving and environmental protection. We have helped hundreds of garment enterprises get out of dilemma of energy waste and water production problem, let their average saving rate hit over 30%, and the en terprise can recover the investment cost in a few months. Due to long service life, low maintenancerate, remarkable energy saving benefit, etc., our steam water filter has been an effective tool to control steam waste in many realms like plastic, garment, food, metallurgy, chemical industry,pharmacy, thermal power generation, textile, printing, carton packaging, etc. Our boiler water feeding and energy saving device adopts one key technology of Shenzhou VI, which adds water to the boiler without help of motor or high-pressure pump, and sends the residual steam pressure and heat back to the boiler, realizes power saving and heat recycling two purposes.
